Stores Person - Bristol

We are currently recruiting for a Stores Person for our client based in Avonmouth.

Our Client is looking for a temporary to permanent stores person for the site in Avonmouth Monday to Friday working 7.30 am till 4 pm with two 30 minute breaks,

The Pay rate is £9.95 per hour.

The role includes, but not limited to;

• Receipt and checking goods in, ensuring delivered in good condition,
• Offload from vehicles using mechanical handling equipment
• Organise, sort and manage stock levels - site kit, accessories
• Manage security, safety and of stores and storage environment
• Chase late delivery/missing goods
• Manage stock count of materials
• Competent use of NAV for materials management
• Manage 360 Maintenance Operative (as required)
• Ensure goods are stored in a safe and acceptable manner.
• Supply materials to General Operatives as required.
• Maintain stock records and stock take.
• Occasional Saturday work to provide stores cover when the factory is working.
• Occasional collections from suppliers.
• Liaise with the factory and buyers for the purchase of low stocks or special items.
• Ability to liaise with suppliers regarding delivery dates and delivery issues.
