Long Term Temporary Ongoing Role - Night Shift

£10.30 per hour

Based in the heart of Newcastle's City Centre, you would be responsible for ensuring a continued focus on delivering an excellent service for the Manpower brand. You will be responsible for taking staffing orders, absences, processing order amendments and cancellations.

You must be fully flexible to work between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00 Monday - Sunday. This role is a temporary ongoing position and you will usually work 3 nights per week, a total of 30 hours. There will also be opportunity to pick up extra hours for holiday cover.

Responsibilities:

Actively take orders for drivers and warehouse logging shift details accurately onto systems
Contacting staff to fill orders and absences

Data Entry
Dealing with calls, emails and ensuring these are reflected with a high level of accuracy for the branch network to resolve the next working day
Monitor multiple inboxes
Keeping clients consistently updated on their orders
Achieve quality SLAs in order to meet client expectations

What we are looking for:

Someone who is fully flexible and is willing to work night shift hours on a long term basis

Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Demonstrate ability to use initiative
Confident telephone manner
Someone who is able to use Microsoft packages and emails

This is temp ongoing role with no end date therefore we require long term flexible commitment which includes working weekends and bank holidays.
