Site Maintenance Electrician

Manpower are actively recruiting a Electrician for a large manufacturing site in Billingham.

Reporting to the Electrical Services Supervisor the Site Electrician will be responsible for planning and completing PPM's and reactive Maintenance

You will complete works as detailed in our clients Service Level Agreement such as:

• Lighting - internal & external
• Fire alarm systems - testing and maintenance
• Emergency lighting
• Portable Appliance Testing
• RCD's
• Minor new works, repairs and isolation's
• Meter readings - site utilities
• Access control systems
• Tannoy systems
• Fixed wire inspection and testing

To succeed in this role you will:-

• Be an apprentice trained Electrician with a proven track record of working in a similar role
• Be able to work in an organised manner, problem solving within the scope of the position.
• Identify, evaluate, solve problems, correct errors, and develop processes.
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in person, on telephone and by electronic means.
• Effectively use Microsoft Software, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week with the potential for overtime.

This is a Temp to Perm position
