We are looking for people who are passionate about Customer Service and are keen to make a difference during these challenging times.

Working as part of our clients Business credit card team, you will be required to support delivery of first class customer service to internal and external customers.

The role requires you to handle an array of inbound and outbound telephone calls in relations to customer accounts. Your Key responsibilities include the following:

  • At first point of contact, you'll provide outstanding customer service and help the Organisation to achieve its goals
  • Educate customers in the different ways they can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs
  • Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experience
  • Take the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes for any customer needs, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions when gaps are identified

You will ideally have some previous Customer Service experience and or experience working within the financial industry; however, it is more important that you can demonstrate previous experience of engaging with people confidently. Excellent IT/Technology skills are essential, as well as an innovative mind set with a proactive approach to problem solving. A natural flair and a genuine desire to help customers are also essential to succeed in this role.

Our client offers £10.88 per hour and a fantastic training programme with ongoing support and coaching. The role is temporary for 6 months and then reviewed in line with the business needs.

You'll be required to work 5 days of 7hr shifts, between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday. However your contracted shifts would be Monday - Saturday on a shift rota and will change weekly between 8:00-16:00, 9:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00, 8:00-16:45 and working one Saturday in four of 09:00-13:00. The client does ask for flexibility; total hours are 35 hours a week.

Due to the current pandemic this role will require for you to work from home for the foreseeable, training will also commence from home therefore it is imperative you have a comfortable and quiet area within your household to allow you to work effectively.
