Skills required for the job role - Project Lead

• Conduct planning and budgeting practise to create budget plans containing all facets of the project
• Conduct periodic project review meetings and furnish weekly progress reports to the Contract Manager
• Manage project development from initiation to closure
• Be accountable for project results
• Provide project schedules
• Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved by the Contract Manager
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to Contract Manager
• Determine how results will be measured and complete post project evaluations to determine how well results were achieved
• Develop tools and best practices for project managements and execution
