Manpower are looking for a Master Data Lead for our global client who have an office in Ely. The team is spread out across the Netherlands and England.

The Master Data and Business Systems Lead has an excellent understanding of all areas within the team: master data management in Dynamics AX and Exact, improving/developing and maintaining databases and innovative solutions to be able to serve our internal customers better.

Within this function you are responsible for internalising, documenting, executing and continuously improving the processes for correct data entry and maintenance in our ERP's (Microsoft Dynamics AX & Exact). You not only guarantee the quality of the Master Data so that it meets the expectations of the stakeholders, but you also proactively contribute to the construction of DQ management and reports within the team. The areas of Data Management include; item master, bill of material, configurations, cost changes, pricing.

The quick handling of internal requests is super important. In this role, you need to provide the right information to our "internal customers" in a timely manner to keep them happy. Where necessary, you need to communicate with other teams and external suppliers/ partners, it is therefore important that you are effective in communicating and that you get to work in detail.

The individual in this role will interface with cross-functional team members and external vendors/partners as needed. In particular, it is vital that they exactly know what we need (business need) and how they can help to get there. Therefore, effective team communication and outstanding attention to detail are required as well as being eager to learn new systems. Candidate must have the ability to prioritise effectively and have a natural feel for solving problems.

What We Need From You...

• To be degree level educated or higher
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Master Data Management/Lead role.
• Can manage multiple tasks/projects and work in a challenging and changing environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch is a preference.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact across the organisation.
• Experience with MS Dynamics AX, Exact and /or Informatica is a preference
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Thorough working knowledge of MS Office applications including SharePoint and Access
• Ability to uptake new application software and train end-users accordingly.
