About the role

Here at Babcock International, we're looking to recruit a Customer Service Controller to co-ordinate and conduct the examination process for automotive Apprentice learners.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Ensure security and confidentiality of exam materials at all times, and ensure exam environment is set up correctly
  • Instruct learners on exam conduct and handle queries
  • Supervise exams and minimalise distractions
  • Provide additional support as and when required to ensure all learners have an equal opportunity to demonstrate their abilities
  • Attend any training as required to maintain required knowledge and competence

You will have general administration experience within an office environment.
