Manpower Ireland is currently looking to hire an exceptional relationships builder to recruit accounting and finance professionals to the Irish market.
Who do we look for?
We are looking to speak with experienced recruiters with solid knowledge of the finance/banking or financial services industry. Good communicators and relationship builders will find their home at Manpower. The role is about maintaining both, Client and Candidate relationships. Ideally, you would be confident with sourcing niche talent and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You would need to enjoy being on the phone, as we love to speak to good people on the market! Business development will be required on an ongoing basis to attract new business and advise local businesses of your market knowledge.
Note that Manpower will provide you with all the tools needed to be successful in the role, but you must have that can-do attitude!
