Manpower is currently recruiting for Site Support Team Leader to join our client based in Havant.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team on a long-term temporary basis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of up to 12 agents
  • Responsible for the day to day performance of Site Support team ensuring work is undertaken in line with KPI's
  • Daily management of team, including 1-to-1's and dealing with HR issues that may arise
  • Involvement in continuous improvement of processes
  • Provide technical expertise to the team, acting as lead expert in this area, resolving escalated queries from the team
  • Providing your manager with the correct information for decision making and undertaking trend analysis
  • Escalate issues where necessary, working with incident managers to resolve and close off incidents
  • Monitor changes and innovations in the wider industry
  • Work collaboratively with all teams to ensure operations are working in the most efficient and productive way possible

Requirements

  • Experience within manager / leader position (minimum 2 years as line manager)
  • Experience of working within an operations area in the utilities sector
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Comfortable with using own initiative and making operational decisions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experienced in coaching

This role is currently home-based but with a view to return to the Havant office in the future.

Working hours are 15:30 to 00:00, working a total of 40 hours per week. You will be required to work every Sunday but on a 2-week rotation for your other working days. You must be flexible to working any day Mon to Sun.
