The main goal of this role will be to:

Execute the day to day operations (end to end order to invoice process) / Contract Management Processes (all aspects of the Service/Lease contract life cycle).

Ensure accurate and timely execution of the processes whilst complying with company, contract and legal requirements.

Ensure the customer had an excellent experience of the client through their contact with Order & Contract Management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure processes are executed based on agreed standards and meet the agreed SLAs
  • Ensure effective end-to-end processes and First Time Right
  • Work with daily reports supporting the day to day operations
  • Proactively resolve customer queries - identify the source and act accordingly
  • Act proactive and ensure timely communication to customers / stakeholders highlighting any potential risk or issues
  • Liaise with all key internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliers to ensure an effective and efficient end to end process
  • Work closely with key stakeholders
  • Comply with Company policies and procedures
