Customer Service Advisor

My Global, Peterborough based Client is currently looking for Customer Service Advisors for an immediate start.

This company prides itself on Customer Service and after care, you will be trained to a high level to resolve all manner of inbound customer queries. Starting 1st August 2021.

This role is ongoing temporary to permanent for the right candidate

The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes:

* Confident telephone manner.

* Adaptable and resourceful

*Competent written/ verbal communication skills

The role:

The successful candidates will be taking inbound calls from Customers and dealing with sensitive information.You will be a problem solver and possess a high level of empathy.
