A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue-chip company are looking to recruit a Goods in Admin based in, MK43 0YL Milton Keynes. This is a full-time on- going temporary role paying £9.90 per hour working Monday to Friday 40+ hours a week 7.00am - 4.00pm but must be flexible, over time rates included. You must be able to start immediately!

SPECIFIC ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Receipting Inbound into Oracle system from:
    • Containers
    • Air freights
    • Domestic/International suppliers
    • Inter Company Transfers
  • Reporting any stock discrepancies upon receipt to Line Manager
  • Producing appropriate reports of any receipts and sub transfers
  • ManagingWIP Jobs:
    • Setting up, Issuing, Completing, Amending, Closing, Cancelling
  • Sub transferring the stock from put away
  • Supporting both Goods in and out teams

GENERAL SITE RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Adhere to the company's health and safety policy and actively support new initiatives
  • Take reasonable care for health and safety of both yourself and your colleagues whilst at work
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedure via proactive and reactive reporting
  • Carry out any other duties or activities related to the activities of TIGI as requested by line or senior management.

PERSON PROFILE

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Technically competent in Microsoft Office and warehouse software packages, with good numerical skills
  • Knowledge about Oracle system will be beneficial but not required as full training will be given
  • Team player
  • Excellent attention to detail is a must
