A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue-chip company are looking to recruit a Goods in Admin based in, MK43 0YL Milton Keynes. This is a full-time on- going temporary role paying £9.90 per hour working Monday to Friday 40+ hours a week 7.00am - 4.00pm but must be flexible, over time rates included. You must be able to start immediately!

SPECIFIC ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES
- Receipting Inbound into Oracle system from:
- Containers
- Air freights
- Domestic/International suppliers
- Inter Company Transfers
- Reporting any stock discrepancies upon receipt to Line Manager
- Producing appropriate reports of any receipts and sub transfers
- ManagingWIP Jobs:
- Setting up, Issuing, Completing, Amending, Closing, Cancelling
- Sub transferring the stock from put away
- Supporting both Goods in and out teams
GENERAL SITE RESPONSIBILTIES
- Adhere to the company's health and safety policy and actively support new initiatives
- Take reasonable care for health and safety of both yourself and your colleagues whilst at work
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedure via proactive and reactive reporting
- Carry out any other duties or activities related to the activities of TIGI as requested by line or senior management.
PERSON PROFILE
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Technically competent in Microsoft Office and warehouse software packages, with good numerical skills
- Knowledge about Oracle system will be beneficial but not required as full training will be given
- Team player
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
