Due to continued growth, our UK leading awardwinning client is looking for a proven Customer IT Service Manager to oversee all aspects of customer service across their business. You will act as a principal liaison between the technical delivery teams and their customers. You will ensure that high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved, and that projects run on time and to budget. You will be a highly motivated and driven individual, likely working within the IT Sector in a similar role or organisation with a track record of success.
Key Responsibilities
- Ultimate responsibility for Customer Service across the business
- Act as a key liaison and conduit between Sales, Pre-Sales, Service Delivery and Clients
- Management and scheduling of multiple projects/resources to clear deadlines
- Manage both scope creep and client satisfaction, against clear billable objectives
- Creation of effective service procedures, policies, and standards
- Provision and analysis of Customer Service Reports
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, against clear commercial objectives.
Key Requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Technical understanding/background (Microsoft)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Robust commercial gravitas/experience
Role
- Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Office-based (Cambridge) with flexible/remote working
- Occasional travel to customer sites required
- Competitive Market Salary (£40 - £60K experience dependent)
