Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Website Data Manager to join our client, a leading global FMCG company, to be based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead (currently working from home). This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 12 months, working a 36.25-hour week, to start ASAP. This role is paying up to £41,000, pro rata per annum, depending on experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary:

Responsibility for all acquisition, management and regulation of data of Tea Co brands across all websites globally

Responsibility for managing key agency or independent partners to ensure work is delivered on time, on brief and on budget

Responsibility for managing the data points for all websites of Tea Co brands globally

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for Global data management and data acquisition strategy: tag management, website dataLayer, etc.
  • Working closely with the Performance Marketing and digital teams to optimise the use of data in driving sales and increased purchase value on all e-comm and digital platform
  • Responsible for data becoming a central pillar for all brands global dotcom strategy
  • Ensure all data permissions are set in line with regulatory requirements and data is stored and held in a secure environment
  • Work with the new co IT team to ensure all data strategy is in line with our technical architecture plans
  • Ensure all work is legally compliant in relation to GDPR and all other applicable national and international codes

Person Specification

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

  • Track record of data management and deployment across websites
  • Experience of delivering data strategy across geographies
  • Strong project planning and technical skills
  • Can show good strategic thinking and have quantifiable results in similar role
  • Experience of regulatory frameworks governing data - its acquisition, storage and use

  • Excellent communicator, both written and oral
  • Demonstrate strong technical ambition with a desire and ambition to always think and do differently, to innovate, and to deliver 'excellence'
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to think rationally and make recommendations to improve future delivery
