Manpower are currently recruiting for a transport administrator on behalf of our client in the Immingham area.
Duties will include completing payroll, creating reports,speaking to and booking drivers and general administration duties ( data entry / answering the telephone etc.). Experience of Microsoft office is essential in particular MS Excel and Outlook, the candidate must be numerate and confident with use/answering of telephones and able to work within a busy transport environment.
The ideal candidate will possess accurate and swift keyboard skills, be a clear and confident communicator and have a flexible working attitude.
The hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
This role will initially be for maternity cover but may be extended or become permanent.
We would advise a driving licence and your own transport due to the location. This role may become permanent for the successful candidate.
