Temporary until June 2022

37.5 hours per week 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

£11-£11.64 per hour

Department/ Division - Business Operations - Customer Fulfilment

Overall Purpose

Execute the day to day operations in reg. to Order Management Processes (end to end order to invoice process) / Contract Management Processes (all aspects of the Service/Lease contract life cycle).

Ensure accurate and timely execution of the processes whilst complying with company, contract and legal requirements.

Ensure the customer had an excellent experience of The Business through their contact with Order- & Contract Management.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure processes are executed based on agreed standards and meet the agreed SLAs.

Ensure effective end-to-end processes and First Time Right

Work with daily reports supporting the day to day operations.

Proactively resolve customer queries - identify the source and act accordingly.

Act proactive and ensure timely communication to customers / stakeholders highlighting any potential risk or issues.

Liaise with all key internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliers to ensure an effective and efficient end to end process.

Work closely with key stakeholders.

Consult The Business Customer Fulfilment Specialist in case of escalations

Comply with Company policies and procedures.

External - 3rd party Suppliers, Customers

Personal Specification e.g. Technical skills, knowledge, experience required.

  • 3 - 5 years end to end process know how in Order Management / Contract Management
  • Highly customer focused and delivery oriented.
  • Strong communication skills to understand internal & external customer issues and to find ways to exceed customer expectations.
  • Proactive & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to details and quality conscious - apply high standards of accuracy.
  • Able to interpret, manipulate & use different forms of complex data (xls-know how)
  • Ability to collaborate within a large international organisation - act as a team player.
  • Fluent Business English (both written and spoken)
