Plant Production Operatives - Bury St Edmunds £21-22K

We are looking for plant operatives to join our client at Bury St Edmunds. Our client has just expanded their site and looking for increase their on-site work force.

This is an ongoing position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

It is really great opportunity to work in a safe environment. PPE is also provided.

Day shift hours (guaranteed 42.5 per week) are scheduled as follows:

• Monday - Friday (06 - 15:00 and 15:30 - 00:30am)

Key responsibilities are:

• Operate a safety first and incident free site.
• Ensure PPE is worn at all time.
• Perform any Cylinder maintenance as required.
• Ensure company standards are adhered to during the recon process.
• comply with all training provided, risk assessments and operational bulletins.
• Operate reconditioning machines

What we would like from you:

• An eye for detail as accuracy is key.
• High level of concern for safety at all times.
• Ability to read and follow instructions as well as take instructions from site leaders.

Please be aware that this is a manual job and heavy lifting is required as part of the role.

Due to the location of the site, own transport is a must.

If you are successful, please be aware that a DBS check will be required and for this we would need 5 years of address history. 5 years employment/education is required for reference purposes.
