Programme Support Officer
You will provide programme support to the Staff Flu Programme which will include routinely drafting escalation and highlight reports on service performance, developing and delivering service projects; capturing and logging risks, actions and decisions ensure that reporting requirements are met accurately and timelyDuties/Responsibilities:Degree or equivalent demonstrable level of knowledge and experience Experience and knowledge of working at senior level Experience of communicating with all level of professional staff and the public Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive data and storage of records Experience of producing management information reports Project implementation and monitoring of ongoing projects Applying project management methodologies implementation and monitoring Ability to organise multi disciplinary meetings and events Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Provide and receive complex, sensitive and contentious information,verbally, in writing and electronically.
- Negotiate and motivate teams on project delivery including linking in with other initiatives
- Building and managing delivery plans in line with project/programme methodology
- Summarise report and other key documents
- Design and deliver routine formal presentations
- Undertake data collection, collation and inputting into complex spreadsheets and document
- Make a comparative assessment against known facts/information in order to highlight issues and produce trend related information
- Analyse and monitor performance, workload within time frame to meet deadlines
- Manage the organisation and planning of complex meetings, events and workshops
Desirable:
- Advanced ECDL
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar qualification of equivalent work experience and knowledge
- Experience of formal minute taking
- Experience of monitoring performance indicators
Location - Newport
Working pattern - Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Job type - Temporary, duration 6-8 weeks
