Job Title: Customer Relations and Social Media Specialist

Job Type: Contract - 12 months cover

Pay: £15.14 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30. Potential weekend work

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media


· Daily management and development of social platforms.

· Creating and implementing a social media strategy

· Creating and distributing dealer social media calendar and content on a weekly basis.

· Social media analysis and online monitoring activities to evaluate and optimise the brand's digital presence

· Day-to-day coordination of the social media intern

· Work with internal and external suppliers to deliver periodic dealer social media training and round table events

Marketing Activities

Including, but not limited to:

· Work closely with the marketing team, the central team and third parties to develop local and central digital communication plans

· Coordination of virtual selling tools. e.g. product videos

· Development of brand selling tools, e.g. merchandise

· Supporting the coordination of shows and events or other marketing activities when required

Customer Centre Management

  • Day to day management of customer centre, showroom and auditorium
  • Plant tour coordination: plant tour requests and booking of appropriate tour guides; manging tour guides schedules & diaries; ensuring all is prepared for the tours
  • Sole point of reference for company appointed travel agent to receive international visitors
  • Liaise with UK & ROI dealers and Area Sales Managers for collecting requests & requirements for plant tours. Keep records of all visits scheduled & make regular reports on number of visits hosted
  • Coordinate the maintenance and cleaning activities to ensure the customer centre is always presented in a professional manner. Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to in and around the plant
  • Coordinate machines for display with internal stakeholders
  • Regularly refresh the presentation material
  • Continuously monitoring the plant tour experience level of quality and working to further enhance it. Tour guide training coordination
  • Coordination of the visitors shop merchandising (including invoicing) and budget management of the facilities
  • Coordination of Key Brand events in the customer centre

Administration

  • Responsible for machine registrations for UK and ROI (V55s, IVIS, birth certs & logbooks)
  • Raising and management of dealer orders, invoices, and credits; records kept up to date
  • Creation of purchase orders, liaising with purchasing and final suppliers in relation to specific activities or dealer orders
  • Responsible for distributing the market share report and general letters

Experience needed

  • Knowledge of SAP system
  • Knowledge of YUBIK system
  • Knowledge of Purchasing Processes
  • Knowledge of Hootsuite & Canva
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft: Excel, PowerPoint
