JOB DESCRIPTION

 

 

The SAP Learning team is an important part of our Global Human Resources organization and is responsible for delivering and facilitating best in class talent development programs at our company.

 

This Senior role involves delivering and co-creating world class onboarding experience at scale for over 100,000 employees across SAP. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic global organization with the primary aim of ensuring our new colleagues receive a good start at SAP. This role will support the delivery of SAPs Global & Executive Onboarding program including facilitation of training sessions, end-to-end experience delivery, and support global/regional projects.

 

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

 

 

  • Use networks & provide thought leadership to evolve the onboarding journey into a world class experience.
  • Lead strategic projects to support the global onboarding experience as well as other learning and development programs as required.
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure regular engagement to support with co-creation of strategic initiatives.
  • Analysis's impact of service offering & measurement against strategic KPIs.
  • Support with the design and execution of the end-to-end onboarding strategy.
  • Use innovative approaches to continuously improve global and executive onboarding.
  • Support with the management of the end-to-end onboarding process.
  • Stakeholder management and a key influencer in driving results.
  • Support with the delivery of virtual onboarding training sessions to newly hired employees, Leaders, and temp staff.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

 

* Proficient in English language (written, spoken)

 

* Project management skills and/or experience of leading projects

 

* Solution orientation & strategic thinking

 

* Instructional design skills & conceptual design

 

* Big picture thinking as well as detail orientation to ensure thorough execution of the strategy

 

* A mindset of continuous improvement & challenges the status quo

 

* Customer focus & strong focus on operational excellence

 

* End-to-end process management experience

 

* Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills

 

* Change agility & previous transformation experience

 

 

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

 

· 2/3 years previous onboarding experience at scale an advantage and/or 2/3 years Learning& Development background

 

· Previous experience with technology and tool implementation
