We are currently recruiting for an experienced Software Test Engineer to join the team of a fantastic, global company on a temporary basis. If you are interested then please keep reading!

What will you be doing?

You will be working as part of the software test team and you will be responsible for debugging software products in order to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards of the company's software products.

You will be responsible for developing, modifying and executing software test plans, automated scripts and programs. You will analyse test results to ensure functionality and recommend corrective action.

You will be an experienced Software Test Engineer, with experience in test automation, writing test cases, test plans and defect reports.

You will have familiarity in software and QA methodologies and familiarity with the software development life cycle.

You will have an analytical approach with the ability to quickly grasp requirements.

This is a 6 month temporary, PAYE position. It is NOT a contractor role! The position is also working at the company's site and is not a remote working role so you must be happy with working on site in Cambridge.

You must be eligible to work in the UK for this position and the company are ideally looking for an immediate start!
