Business Manager

Vertu Sunderland are looking for a Business Manager.

Your role

Our Business Manager's provide support to the sales team. They are responsible for building and presenting deals to the customers following qualification from the sales team. It is important that our Business Managers understand all aspects of the financial and insurance product regulations, to ensure accurate information is given to all of our customers.

This role will require you to build rapport with customers quickly and easily and be able to treat customers fairly. We will expect you to monitor finance performance against budget, as well as identify and address shortfalls. You will work with management to coach and develop the skills of the team to achieve business objectives, logging all activity to monitor performance and measure outcomes.

Your profile

It is essential for the successful candidate to have proven experience as a Business Manager. We want someone who can demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, excel at relationship building, have excellent negotiating skills and communication. You will also be required to have a full and valid UK Driving Licence.
