Location: Bristol - however this role will allow remote working

About the role
Here at Babcock International we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join the team.
You will be responsible for providing a leading fleet management service to all customers worldwide. The Service Centre Advisor is a key role as the first point of contact for all enquiries via phone and email under the contract. It supports the wider team as part of a global fleet management service.
Typically handling queries of a varied nature across a realm of services including but not limited to: Rental Provision, Lease Provision and management, scheduled services, incidents and events.
Main activities will also include:
* Answering phone calls.
* Responding to emails.
* Problem solving.
* Working to SLA's with regards to response times
* Liaising with suppliers

What do I need to do the role?
You will ideally come from a customer service / contact centre background with strong customer service skills.
You will demonstrate resilience and the ability to empathise with the person on the end of the phone, as well as problem solving.
You will also possess good Excel and Microsoft word & outlook skills.

What else do I need to know?
Working hours are 37.5 per week; the contract covers 24/7/365. For this role we are looking to recruit someone on a late shift between 1300-2100.
