Supply Chain Administrator

Our client, a leading manufacturer of chemical paint and sealants, are looking for a temporary ongoing Supply Chain Administrator to work at their Shildon site.

Pay Rate- £10.26 per hour

Times- 8am- 4:30pm or 9am- 5pm. 7.5 hours per day

Procurement

Take telephone bookings from suppliers for incoming raw material deliveries

Chase up raw material and packaging suppliers for delivery bookings using info from PO report; firm PO's and redate once booking is taken

Ensure that certificates are available for all incoming raw material deliveries

Monitor PO delivery dates for shipments via Paramount's Cargowise system and update in Oracle

Planning

Put batches into Gemba

Upload SPIC in Oracle (info provided by Planners)

Powerpoint slides for ASC and CM planning meetings

QC priority list

Run stainer usage report

Firm batches once planners confirm plans are finalised

Batch reservations for sealants

Replenishment

Redating reqs

Scanning of all affiliate orders into File Director

General

Daily uploading of reports into Sharepoint, including 175 report, SPIC, MTR tabular

Update MRP totals into Sharepoint for all supply chain planning classes

Run safety stock gap report in Qlikview and update with info available from MTR screen / PO report
