If you are looking for an exciting and permanent role within a National Health Organisation then look no further....

You will have worked in a customer service role either face to face or over the phone and have excellent communication and listening skills. Together with this you will also be required to deal with some challenging calls which means solving problems and making quick decisions.
You will also sometimes be dealing with very distressing calls so showing empathy and compassion will be required.

Full training will be provided

Driving licence and own transport preferred

Flexibility with hours worked

Qualifications and experience required:

Have 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades A-C (including English) or higher

Good communicator with an excellent telephone manner

Be able to work calmly and under pressure

Enhanced background checks will be required
