About the role

Here at Babcock International, we're looking to recruit a Curriculum Developer to join the team. You will be responsible for the creation of engaging sequenced curriculum material to support delivery of learning through a range of methodologies to enable learners to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide Curriculum training to the operations and provide developmental feedback.
  • Utilise LMS Systems
  • Ensure SharePoint are updated with all relevant learning materials.

What do I need to do the role?

You will have the skills to develop innovative curriculum strategies to create engaging learner programmes and learning resources.

You will have the ability to design and develop technical training courses using a range of methodologies. You will also have the ability to translate technical L&D requirements into customer friendly language.

What else do I need to know?

This role will be based remotely, working from home.
