About the role

Here at Babcock International, we're looking to recruit two Apprenticeship Data Processors to facilitate the process for Apprenticeship enrolment.

You will be responsible for collecting the data from the Learners, updating this onto the system and passing on the information to the Regional Trainers.

Further responsibilities include:
* Manage Apprenticeship enrolments through to handover
* Work towards daily, weekly and monthly targets, seeking to achieve and exceed individual and team targets related to signing up Apprentices
* Ensure compliance to procedures and processes
* Contact employers/learners to signup apprentices

What do I need to do the role?

You will have strong Communication Skills showing confidence to be able to pick up the phone and speak to Managers and Learners.

You will also have experience in data processing, and/or are confident using IT Systems.

What else do I need to know?

This role will be based at Bristol Business Technology Centre. The building has a capability of over 900 full time employees which is split over 4 floors, incorporating a Gym and Restaurant on the ground floor.

Bristol is a vibrant city in south west England with a wide range of attractions, landmarks, events and shopping. It has excellent transport links and is only 1.5 hours from London by train.
