Customer Service Coordinator

Manpower are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for our large multi-national client based in Central London. This role is well suited to someone with office or Customer Service experiance. This is a great opportunity to join an established company who will train and develop you. This role is looking to be filled ASAP, the process will be quick and straightforward. For the foreseeable future the role will be carried out remotely, looking to the medium-long term the role will likely undertake a flexible/hybrid approach.



The Role...



  • Work in multi-channel support environment of phone, emails, and/or online live chat
  • Resolves issues of low, moderate and occasionally high complexity with a consistently high level of accuracy
  • Communicate account changes/corrections and document tracking requests to appropriate internal teams
  • Supports Client, Consumer and Applicant Care functions, including training on applications, explaining services, addressing billing issues, gathering diagnostic information for technical teams and providing oversight to ensure Client Guidelines are followed and Service Levels are met.
  • De-escalate issues by providing solutions while maintaining professionalism, courtesy, empathy and a sense of urgency.
  • Participate and contribute to efforts of improving service delivery such as update and or create documentation, root cause problems and identify solutions; may involve cross-functional teams.













What We Need From You...

  • GCSE's in English and maths are required, the higher education level the better - Degree- level Preferred
  • Experiance working within an office or in a simialr customer service role
  • Computer literate with specific experience of using Microsoft Office and email proficiently;
  • Confident with telephone communications, including chasing for information whilst maintaining good clients/candidates relations but robustly to be able to close tasks off
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate written and verbally in English with fluency and in a polite way
