We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work on behalf of our well-established, globally recognised client. Successful candidates will be employed on a temporary ongoing contract with the potential to lead into a permanent position direct with our client.
The role will be taking inbound calls from customers, giving advice and dealing with queries across multiple brands. Passing relevant information onto a follow up team or arranging service bookings for the customer. This role also involves upselling of products for which full training will be given.
Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided however you should have the following skills and attributes:
- Knowledge of IT systems
- Proficient at Microsoft office programmes
- Confident telephone manner
- Competent written communication skills
You will work 37 hours per week on a 4 week rolling ROTA, Monday - Friday between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00. Working 1 in every 4 Saturdays between the hours of 08:30 - 16:30 and 1 in every 4 Sundays between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30. There will be opportunity to work overtime daily, OT is paid at time and 1/3.

For successful applicants the start date will be 4th October. The first 2 weeks will be your training period, during this time no holidays or pre-booked appointments will be authorised. Any pre-booked holidays after your 2-week training will be granted.
