Looking for someone that has excellent verbal and phone communication skills and confident talking to people and customers.

Technical Skills:

Applicants must have above average Computer skills and be able to confidently use Microsoft Office applications/Software

Activities relating to duty

  • Maintenance, allocation and inputting of annual leave on HR system
  • Maintenance, monitoring and inputting of sick leave on HR system
  • Maintenance, monitoring and inputting of special leave on HR system
  • Control of duty arrangements including printing of vehicle and agency signing on sheets
  • Allocation of reserves to vacant duties
  • Control, maintenance and allocation of overtime, including inputting on HR system
  • Liaising with agency drivers to cover duties as required and monitoring agency hours used on a daily and weekly basis ensuring budgetary compliance.
  • Agency planning & forecasting
  • Weekly completion of hours reconciliation and balance of staff
  • Close working with Operational Managers and office staff to ensure absences are noted and duties are covered.
  • Liaising with Planning Manager to ensure duty changes are implemented and all relevant information passed on to the operational side of the office
  • Liaising with Planning Manager when there is a duty revision, ensuring all changes to staff shifts, days of work etc are forwarded to HR to ensure correct salary payments.
  • Ownership of Purchase Order process for paying invoices.
  • Maintenance and control of local personnel records
