About the role

Here at Babcock International, we're looking to recruit a Bid Manager to join the team.

You will be responsible for managing the bid process and producing professionally written proposals that superbly articulates the organisations value proposition and win themes.

You will ensure everything is compliant and bids fit within Babcock's governances, identifying any risks that might impact Babcock.

What do I need to do the role?

This role requires a forensic attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and demanding deadlines.

You will be able to write succinctly; direct and to the point.

It would definitely be advantageous to have "apprenticeship" experience to write bids (knowledge and understanding).
