Programme Team Manager

Job Summary

The Programme Team Manager will work as part of our vibrant and faced paced team, managing the operational process, efficiencies and delivery for TAPFIN Talent Solutions for a FTSE top 100 client. Reporting to the Programme Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Programme Management Office and wider team to deliver a service driven culture, ensuring SLAs and key objectives are met. Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for managing a team of direct reports including performance and development, training, setting and reviewing team objectives, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and skills transfer amongst the team and driving the performance and potential of team members
  • Supporting the delivery of the MSP programme through managing the administration processes and procedures for all contingent workers/ statement of work/ outsourced workers.
  • Developing and growing all internal and external relationships
  • Daily line management and work alignment
  • Delivering against all Manpower, MSP and Client objectives, KPI's and SLAs and targets
  • Supporting the Programme Manager on the creation of client monthly BI decks
  • Ensuring the day to day framework and compliance of the recruitment of the contingent worker process, policies, procedures and best practices are adhered to ensuring customer and supplier satisfaction.
  • Support the Programme in ensuring continuous improvement opportunities are identified and supported, fostering innovation to challenge the norm.
  • Projects and BAU projects, to support on designated projects; resourcing/recruitment audits and implementation of resourcing/recruitment programmes.
  • Responsible for issue management and resolution
  • Ensure compliance internally and externally at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Support Service line Remedy (query resolution) and reducing ticket volumes. Ensuring tickets are raised and closed within SLAs
  • The role is hands on, and you will be required to supplement the team's activities and key aspects of their role as required

Essential Key skills and experience

  • You will be a proven Team Manager with excellent people management and coaching skills
  • An understanding of managed service programmes
  • Target driven and results focused - with a track record of delivering against objectives
  • High level of customer service skills
  • VMS Fieldglass experience
  • Must be able to liaise at a high level and be positive, decisive, driven and forward thinking
  • Ability to manage in changing environments and work in virtual teams
  • Strong issue and conflict resolution
  • Able to produce data analysis for issue resolution, providing insights and improvements
  • Able to influence at the highest level - internally and externally
  • Able to deliver work on time to a consistently high standard
  • Planning- time management, activity, presentations, collateral
  • Excellent relationship building skills - internal and external clients
  • Self-evaluation- a constant analysis of self-performance and capability with a commitment to continuous improvement
