PMO Process Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our Global FMCG Client, are currently seeking a PMO Process Analyst for 6 months which may be extended. They are looking for an immediate start, 37.5 hours per week paying £40,000- £55,000 per annum pro rata.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Supporting Programme level monitoring, reporting and analysis of progress against time, cost and quality expectations, providing an early warning of any variances or exceptions and ensuring compliance with the Bank's project and programme delivery framework
* Ensuring compliance with reporting standards, and that templates and tools are clearly defined
* Maintenance of a project document library
* Maintenance of a Programme plan
* Supporting the project budget information and reporting
* Assisting with risk, issue and dependency identification processes and monitoring logs for the Programme, and updating with input from the Project teams
* Supporting the Programme's Change Control process to ensure standards are maintained
* Pro-actively building effective relationships with stakeholders across the programme/project
* Assisting with quality management arrangements

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience working in a large blue chip company (bank/government facility).
• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Candidates need to have the confidence to encourage the rest of the team to meet deadlines
