HSEQ Manager

HSEQ Manager Fixed Term Contract 12 - 16 Months

Manpower is recruiting a HSEQ Manager with a large manufacturing firm based in Co Tyrone, with coverage over 2 sites.

We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety professional who will coordinate and lead HSEQ activities across the company, ensuring health, safety, quality and environment is embedded in the culture of the company and it's people.

The Role

• Continuous improvement and management of HSEQHSEQ across the business
• Manage and coordinate audits and compliance with external accreditations
• accreditationsDevelop and deliver HSEQ Management system (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)
• Promote a culture of positive safety across all levels of the company
• Monitor and advise on measure of HSEQ risks aiming to prevent injuries, ill health and environmental impact
• Monitor compliance across sites and implement improvements when needed
• Proactively communicate HSEQ policies across the company to ensure vital information is understood
• Lead investigations of any accidents, incidents or near misses, making improvements and corrective action
• Advice and guidance to staff on risk management, relevant legislation and best practice

What we are looking for

• 3 years experience of Health & Safety Management in manufacturing industry
• Experience of ISO environmental management systems
• NEBOSH qualified or qualified to degree level
• Proven knowledge of HSEQ strategy and practice
• Can communicate clearly at all levels of the business
• Can influence and articulate strategy in to action
