FLT Counterbalance Operative

We are recruiting for FLT Drivers to support our clients manufacturing business in Seacroft, Leeds. You will be supporting the production of some of the worlds most recognised personal care products ensuring the smooth intake and distribution of materials and finished products.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 12 months experience in a similar environment and at least 2 years remaining on their counterbalance licence (RTITB/ITSSAR accredited - evidence of licence / refresh will be required). Candidates should also have a good level of numeracy and literacy and be able to communicate effectively with others.

Shifts will initially be AD HOC and confirmed on a weekly basis.

You will need to be reliable and flexible to cover 12hour shifts (6.45am-6.45pm, 6.45pm-6.45am), sometimes at short notice, in a 24x7 operation.

Pay: £13.09 per hour

The recruitment process will involve online and work related assessments, a competency interview and a manual FLT test.

Successful candidates will also be required to complete health screening including a drugs & alcohol test.
