Location: Helensburgh, Argyll & Bute, GB, G84 8HL

About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit an IT Support Technician to work onsite at the Clyde Naval Base providing 1st - 3rd Line IT Support to the Astute Training Facility.
Duties to include but not limited to:
* Undertake Role Analysis (RA) and produce RA reports incorporating Role Performance Statements including Performance, Conditions and Standards and DIF analysis;
* Conduct a Training Gap Analysis (TGA) including identification of any Residual Training Gap, and produce the TGA Reports;
* Undertake Training Options Analysis (TOA), including fidelity analysis, and generate the TOA Reports.
* Produce TNA Final Reports that recommend the most cost-effective training solution
This is an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge on different applications, whilst working within a great team and environment.

What do I need to do the role?
You must have experience in providing IT Infrastructure support up to Level 3.
You will also have an understanding of Exchange Server 2010 and above, as well as Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016.
Knowledge of SharePoint and SQL is highly desirable but not essential.
