Would you like to join one of the UK's leading banking and financial services company as a Customer Service Officer?

Working within the customer service centre your role will be to undertake and deal with a wide range of banking requests, transactions and enquiries in a professional manner and to provide outstanding customer service regarding customer queries.

It is important that you are flexible in your approach to work and that you can demonstrate previous experience of engaging with customers. Strong IT and the ability to navigate around computer systems are essential, as well as an innovative mind set with a proactive approach to problem solving.

A natural flair and a genuine desire to help customers is also required to succeed in this role along with the ability to absorb and retain new information.

If you have strong IT skills, driven to go above and beyond what's expected, always professional in your work, and can engage with customers using your excellent communication skills, we would be interested in hearing from you.

35 hours a week between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday

£10.51 per hour

Annual holiday entitlement 33 days pro-rata.

Due to the nature of the role, you must pass both a reference and credit check as part of the pre-employment screening process.
