This fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Skilled Labourer to work for a well-established housing association service provider. This is a mobile position covering the Havant area.

Skills required for the job role - Skilled Labourer

• Assist qualified operatives

• Carry out minor repair work within and outside the property, including groundwork and painting

• Carry out clearance and clean work

• Deliver materials to site

• Collect materials for disposal, ensuring all waste is disposed correctly

• Contributes to the team objectives

• Moulding washing and installing air vents within customer homes

• Must have own tools and Valid Driving licence

Additional Benefits

• 3-month contract with possible extensions

• £11:35 per hour
