Location: Working from home

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday from 07.45am to 16:15pm

Training: 2 weeks (no available time off throughout training).

The Role

Due to our continued business success, we are looking to strengthen our team of Customer Service Advisors for our leading consumer product company specialising in Beauty and Grooming, Health and Wellbeing as well as Household care products.

You will handle inbound calls and emails, in a fast paced contact centre environment. Your role will be to respond to queries regarding the client's products within the range of queries, complaints, advice seeking, and general customer service duties. You should be prepared to handle these contacts in a sensitive and empathetic manner when necessary, and to ensure that the customer is fully satisfied at all times. With strong product knowledge you will provide a first-time resolution on every contact, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times and we have opportunities to progress within a range of our teams such as Chat and Social Media.
