About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Customer Service Trainer / Assessor to coch learners in the workplace to ensure they are competent in respect to their qualification and job requirements.

Your main responsibilities will include:

To train Customer Service to groups of Apprentices both remotely and within the BMW Training Academy
To assess the competence of learners following Apprenticeship Frameworks.
To track and monitor learner progression to ensure timely achievement of Frameworks.
Work with Academy team leaders to plan and schedule assessment and verification in line with awarding bodies and Babcock requirements.
Working with Centre Coordinator to achieve and maintain Awarding Body Accreditation status.
To assist in the development and implementation, at dealer level, of selected career initiatives and programmes.

What do I need to do the role?

You must have experience in training/coaching & assessment strategies

Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:

Experience in awarding body Internal Quality Assurance.
Specific knowledge of operations within the Automotive sector.
Experience of the retailer environment.
Current/Up to date knowledge of vehicle technology and systems, to a level by which training/coaching is possible.
Current/Up to date knowledge of diagnostic and repair methods.
