We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Associate Director of Operations.

This is a demanding and busy role with a fast pace of changing priorities. It requires someone with proven experience as a Personal Assistant within a large organisation.

The post provides an opportunity for a varied and stimulating role within a busy office environment at the heart of the Trust.

What we need from you:

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential, combined with a calm and level-headed approach to solving problems and facing challenges. In addition, the successful candidate will have a flexible and adaptable approach with excellent multi-tasking abilities.

Competence in using Microsoft Office and minute taking as well as proficiency in the use of electronic diary systems and email management are also essential.

What the role involves:

The role would involve exposure to corporate business and high-level operations, as well as working within a broader team which provides direct support to all of their Senior Operational Team. We are looking for an individual that will be an ambassador for their Trust values: caring, one team, listening to understand, open & honest, always improving and inclusive.

The role:

You will be based in on main location. However, you will need a driving licence and car to commute between numerous sites as their is an expectation to cross-site work.

This position requires an immediate start and is currently a temporary assignment up to 12 weeks with possible extension.

Full-time hours are asked for, but will accept 30 hours at a minimum.

The hourly rate is £10.29 rising to £11.53 after 12 weeks worked.
