Yardsman/FLT Driver

Manpower are looking to recruit an experienced Yard Operative/FLT Driver to join our client at their busy branch in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. This will be on a permanent basis.

Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, this includes;

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Serving and checking customer collections
• Picking and preparing orders
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Complying with health and safety policy and procedures at all times
• Answering queries from trade customers or members of the public

Entry requirements

Successful candidates for our Yard Operative opportunity must have:

• A clean driving license
• Current Side loader / Forklift Certificate
• Experience of working within a Builders Merchant is required
• Warehouse and customer service experience

Hours

Mon-Fri 7am - 5pm with 1 hour break - Saturday 7-12:30pm

The Saturday shift is on a rotational basis.
