CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Within this role you will work collaboratively and liaise with other Departments within the business. You will provide an excellent service level to customers

Responsibilities

· Process all orders from customers accurately and promptly upon receipt.

· Respond to customers inquiries in a quick and efficient manner to meet customer expectations ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Provide the appropriate amount of feedback to ensure customers are fully informed.

· Prepare regular excel reports for open orders

· Provide instructions to the appropriate logistics and export Teams for the shipment of the orders.

· Record and file all the relevant documentation about the orders.

· Assist in other functions ad-hoc as required and assigned by the Supervisor.


Skills and Experience

Previous Customer Service working Experience

Customer orientated.

Excellent relationship building and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
