Data Entry / Customer Service
Manpower's client, one of our largest local employers for the past 25 years, are looking for talented individuals with expertise in Customer Services to join a diverse multi-cultural administration team. Interviewing Now!
You will be working with a customer centric cross channel travel operator based in Folkestone whose friendly and welcoming Customer Engagement Hub connects with customers, via telephone, webchat and email.
Joining this experienced team, you will be responsible for providing industry leading customer services as an Advanced Passenger Information (API) and Health Declaration Validation Agent.
You will enter, validate customer information and check the required documentation on the reservation system from inbound and outbound telephone calls. This is a vital step in the customers journey that you will be directly impacting on and as such the role is to be an ambassador of the company brand and to provide excellent customer service whilst working in a team environment.
The role includes:
- Outbound/Inbound calls to customers
- Customer service
- Data entry
You will need to bring to the role:
- Passion for customer service and sales
- Excellent communication skills, in particular written
- Good level of grammar and spelling
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy is key.
- Confident use of the keyboard and data entry
- A professional, can-do attitude
- The ability to work efficiently and follow procedures.
- Keen problem-solving skills
- Good team player
Due to the location, it is preferred that you have your own transport but there is free parking onsite. This role is subject to security clearance at CTC level.
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility required to cover the Customer Engagement Hub's core hours of Monday to Sundays. 8am to 7pm during the week and 9am to 5.30pm on the weekends. Rate of pay is £10.00 per hour.
