CX Provisioning Support Specialist
Part of Dropbox Customer Experience, our Global Support team is responsible for defining and delivering an extraordinary support experience to our customers and users. Our Provisioning Support Specialists are key partners in the overall health of customer accounts providing internal customer support to key stakeholders. You will work closely with our internal sales, operations teams, finance and engineering.
Dropbox is now a Virtual First company, which means work outside of an office will be the primary experience for all employees.
ResponsibilitiesAchieve expert working knowledge of our productsProvide manual inside sales support to the Global Sales organisation:Support customers transitions through DropboxSupport customer trial conversionsSupport customers through manual add on featuresProvide insights and recommendations to the Sales team, Sales ops, Finance and Engineering teams as required.Provide direct customer renewal supportBuild out programs that enhance the existing processes, with a focus on automationCollaborate cross functionally with internal Dropbox partners and advise on best practice
RequirementsExperience working in a SAAS sales and/or support customer facing roleYou are passionate about creating a superb customer experience and are a natural customer advocateStrong analytical and critical thinking skills - you love asking those open ended questions to really get to the root of the matter!You plan and execute against team goals in a timely and effective mannerStrong communication skills, both written and oralStrong team player possessing the willingness to seek feedback, adapt practices and continuously learn and evolveGlobal Provisioning Support experience is a plus
