CX Provisioning Support Specialist

Role Description

Part of Dropbox Customer Experience, our Global Support team is responsible for defining and delivering an extraordinary support experience to our customers and users. Our Provisioning Support Specialists are key partners in the overall health of customer accounts providing internal customer support to key stakeholders. You will work closely with our internal sales, operations teams, finance and engineering.

Dropbox is now a Virtual First company, which means work outside of an office will be the primary experience for all employees.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve expert working knowledge of our products
  • Provide manual inside sales support to the Global Sales organisation:
  • Support customers transitions through Dropbox
  • Support customer trial conversions
  • Support customers through manual add on features
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Sales team, Sales ops, Finance and Engineering teams as required.
  • Provide direct customer renewal support
  • Build out programs that enhance the existing processes, with a focus on automation
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal Dropbox partners and advise on best practice
  • Requirements
  • Experience working in a SAAS sales and/or support customer facing role
  • You are passionate about creating a superb customer experience and are a natural customer advocate
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - you love asking those open ended questions to really get to the root of the matter!
  • You plan and execute against team goals in a timely and effective manner
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong team player possessing the willingness to seek feedback, adapt practices and continuously learn and evolve
  • Global Provisioning Support experience is a plus
