This is a 12 month fully remote contract position and is based in Dublin, Ireland.
ResponsibilitiesManage a large portfolio of global customers Monitor aged balances for assigned geographies Engage with customers to collect overdue balancesWork with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues within SLAManage refunds, adjustments, and write offs in accordance with Dropbox policiesWork to reconcile customer accounts, where necessaryManage the Accounts Receivable ticketing queue and maintain it on a daily basisComplete ad hoc projects as required
Requirements2-3 years experience in multinational accounts receivable Strong ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently to tight deadlinesGreat customer service skills to assist in query resolutionStrong communication skills with focus on customer satisfaction An aptitude for negotiation, reporting, and problem solvingFluent in English, written and spoken is required
Preferred QualificationsExperience with Salesforce and Oracle a plusMust be PC proficient. Experience large ERP a plusDegree in business related discipline or Finance/Accounting qualification preferred
