Learning and Development Specialist
Location: United Kingdom - Remote
(Covering Central London locations)

About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Learning and Development Specialist to join the team in developing and delivering work based training to London Fire Brigade including Apprenticeships, Incident Command, and Transport and specialist skills.

You will understand the organisation's business strategy and it's future capability needs in order to identify learning priorities across the organisation and creating learning environments where employees can continuously develop to be their best. You will also put in place learning initiatives that enable organisations to constantly evolve and develop.

What do I need to do the role?

You must have previous experience in the delivery of work based training, teaching and assessment.

You will also have a minimum level 3 qualification in Teaching, and Training and assessing.

Relevant Quality Assurance qualification would be an advantage, i.e. IQA.

Previous involvement in Apprenticeship training would also be an advantage but not essential.

What else do I need to know?

This role is remote and is covering Central London locations.

There may be the odd occasion when you need to work a Saturday, in which you will accrue a day off in lieu.
