Office Administrator - Birchwood
My client has multiple opportunities for Office Administrators to work in their Birchwood office, the role will have a September start and will be continuing through to December, further opportunities may become available throughout the contract so please bare this in mind.
You will be providing customer service to an existing client base, you will deal with renewals and producing final bills for the existing client base, you will be required to complete the calculations required to produce accurate final bills, you will deal with inbound queries as well as making outbound calls to existing customers to discuss their orders coming to an end, you will be responsible for carrying out contract extensions and providing the relevant documentation to the customer.
- Making outbound calls to existing customers
- Taking inbound customer service calls
- Producing accurate final bills for customers
- Extending contracts for existing customers
- Carrying out general administration tasks
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 0800 - 1730
