About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Supervisor to provide the first line management capability for our operational organisation.
You will be responsible for managing capability procedures of the team in line with policies, and fully supporting the Workshop Manager.
This role also involves managing a team of Weld Engineers as well as managing the associated MIS / IT systems etc.
This is an excellent opportunity supporting the British Army / Armed-forces. The role offers a flexible working environment within an international company, and good opportunities to progress.
What do I need to do the role?
You must have good managerial / supervisory skills.
You will ideally have some Weld experience although not essential. Level 3 / NVQ Engineering level experience would also be desirable.
What else do I need to know?
