Do you hold a valid Category C+E Licence? Have you recently passed your test and are looking for a permanent job opportunity?
My client is a leading supplier of wholesale goods to the retail industry and can offer a full time, permanent contract from day one, along with training for Newly Qualified Drivers.
You will be driving an articulated HGV across Northern Ireland, delivering a range of products & supplies to customers, dealing with paperwork and adhering to EU Tachograph laws & WTD.
You will benefit from a comprehensive induction, on the job training and work alongside a close-knit team to ensure that the job runs as smoothly as possible.
On a typical day, you will perform a daily vehicle check and plan your route according to the delivery schedule- your vehicle will already be loaded and start times are between 5am and 12pm- averaging 45hrs/week.
The Role:
- Class 1 Store Deliveries
- Covering Northern Ireland
- No Nights Out
- 0500 - 1200 start band
- Job & Finish
- O/T at x1.5 after 45 hours
- Any 5 from 7
The Person:
- Valid Category C+E Licence, DCPC & Digicard
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Confident at working on own initiative
- Good geographical knowledge of NI
